Q: When I try to install Account Pro Invoice I am asked to insert a disk.
Q: When I try to install Account Pro Invoice an other software is installed.
Q: When I try to install Account Pro Invoice, even after restarting Windows repaetedly, I get the error message 'Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you would like setup to update these files now. You will need to restart Windows before you can run setup again. Click Cancel to exit setup without updating system files.


A: The problem occurs because of some files that should not have been left over in your C:Windows (or C:Winnt) folder after a program installation. Please delete all *.cab files and also setupin.exe and setup.lst (if there).

Q: After having entered the User Name and the Unlock Code I get the error message 'You have entered an invalid unlock code'.

A: The User Name and/or the Unlock Code have not been entered correctly. The entries must be exactly as shown on the license document. The Unlock Code is case-sensitive. It is best to copy the User Name and the Unlock Code from the email to the entry form.
